Letter #8

Mr. and Mrs. Randy Fenich of Yakima, Washington writes:

To Whom It May Concern,
Jim Fickel, with considerable help from Shelly and kids, did a complete exterior remodel of our guesthouse about two years ago in 1998. The results are outstanding. What amounted to a shack was turned into a very attractive (some call it "cute", "adorable", "darling", - I think you get the picture) part of our overall landscape. Jim was instrumental in choosing building materials, design and helping with the myriad other decisions to be made. He even let us (translate "my wife") paint it pink! Jim and I both raised our eyebrows at that choice but in the end we all agree it turned out great.

Throughout the project Jim provided us the best in personal service and attention. He always sticks to his schedule and is available anytime for questions and ideas. His craftsmanship is simply outstanding. When the project was done, the entire site was thoroughly cleaned up. We are extremely happy with the results and appreciate all the efforts of Fickel and Son Construction.

Since that first project, Jim has helped us with a few other minor projects and now we have him lined up to help us as we add a swimming pool. Jim will be building the pool equipment facility as well as some fencing and arbors. We look forward to working with Jim and Shelly on this new project.

Sincerely

Randy Fenich
